Gas leak
I think I overfilled the gas tank. Gas was leaking out. Gas tank removal broke the petcock valve because I didn't disconnect the exterior turning knob first. Gas in the air filter caused the adhesive holding it together to disintegrate. Air intake to carburetor had about a cup of gas in it. Now the bike won't start at all. Oh the joys of self-inflicted mechanical disaster.
